Welcome to CashyLend. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (www.cashylend.com) and the loan-matching services we provide. By accessing our site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and CashyLend. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services. We may update these Terms from time to time, with the updated version taking effect upon posting.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Reside in a state where lenders in our network operate
• Have a valid Social Security number and government-issued identification
• Have a verifiable source of income
• Have an active checking or savings account at a bank or credit union in your own name; prepaid cards and prepaid debit accounts are not accepted
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in your application

3. Loan Terms

Submitting an application through CashyLend is not an offer of credit, an approval, or a guarantee that any lender in our network will extend you a loan. All credit decisions are made solely by the third-party lenders to whom your information is forwarded, based on their own underwriting criteria. If a lender chooses to extend an offer, the specific terms of your loan — including the loan amount, APR, repayment schedule, and any applicable fees — will be disclosed in that lender's loan agreement before you sign. You are under no obligation to accept any loan offer.

Loan amounts in our network generally range from $500 to $200,000, with APRs from 5.99% to 35.99% and repayment terms from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 84 months. The specific amounts, rates, terms, and fees available to you are determined by the lender that accepts your application and depend on your creditworthiness, loan amount, term, and state of residence.

4. Fees

CashyLend does not charge consumers an application or service fee for submitting a request through our website. Any fees associated with your loan (such as origination, late payment, or returned payment fees) are set and charged by the third-party lender that issues your loan and will be fully disclosed in that lender's loan agreement. 5. Repayment

All repayment obligations are owed to — and administered by — the third-party lender that issued your loan. If you have questions about a payment, a payoff quote, an account change, or hardship options, please contact your lender directly using the contact information provided in your loan agreement. CashyLend does not collect payments, service loans, or have access to lender account systems.

6. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Impersonate any person or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper operation of our website
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from our website without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of CashyLend or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CashyLend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashyLend, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

11. Electronic Communications and E-Signatures

By using our services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including account notices, loan documents, and disclosures. You agree that electronic signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, with or without cause or notice, particularly for violations of these Terms. Termination does not release you from any outstanding loan obligations.
