Rates, Terms & Disclosures
Understand potential participating lender costs and the questions to ask before signing any loan agreement.
Important Disclosure: CashyLend is not a direct lender. We operate as a loan marketing and lead-generation service that matches consumers with third-party lenders and lending partners in our network. The rates, terms, fees, and representative examples shown on this page are illustrative ranges aggregated from lenders we work with. Any loan you receive is offered and funded directly by the third-party lender that accepts your application, under that lender's own rates, fees, terms, and underwriting criteria. CashyLend does not set APRs, does not charge consumer application fees, does not fund loans, and is not a party to any loan agreement between you and a lender.

Know who is offering the loan
CashyLend is a loan marketing and lead-generation service — not a lender. Loans are originated by third-party lenders in our network.
What CashyLend Does
We provide a consumer-friendly online intake form that collects your loan request and forwards it to one or more third-party lenders or lending partners in our network. Those lenders review your information and independently decide whether to extend a loan offer. If a lender extends an offer and you accept, the resulting loan is between you and that lender — not with CashyLend.
Verify the responding lender
A responding lender should provide its legal name, contact details, applicable licensing information, and required disclosures before you sign. Verify that information through the NMLS Consumer Access portal or your state regulator.
State Availability
Loan availability, maximum amounts, and maximum APRs vary by state in accordance with applicable state consumer lending laws. Not all loan amounts and rates are available in all states — for example, maximum loan amounts or APRs may be capped in states such as California, New York, and Colorado. The specific amounts, rates, and terms available to you will be determined by the lender that accepts your application and disclosed in your loan agreement before you sign.
Consumer Protections
Participating lenders are responsible for complying with applicable federal and state law and providing required disclosures. Relevant federal protections may include:
- Truth in Lending Act (TILA) — full APR and total cost disclosure by the lender
- Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) — no discrimination in lending
- Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) — responsible credit reporting
- Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA) — payment authorization protections
- Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) — financial privacy protections
